This means your furniture will be delivered properly first time!Many courier companies that other internet furniture stores use are not used to handling quality furniture and may damage heavy, bulky and solid furniture when one person tries to move them through their transport hubs. This means your item will be delivered damaged and you have to take another day off to have it redelivered - NOT WITH US! We can even give you an estimated delivery time and ask our driver's to call you when they are nearby. ALL ITEMS FULLY ASSEMBLED FOR YOU. Uniquely to www.betterfurniture.co.uk ,our fully trained professional drivers will also assemble
anything from your purchase whilst in your home, again absolutely FREE of Charge on all orders over £250. This means your item will arrive in perfect condition and will be placed where you want it in your home, then fully assembled for you. Guaranteed No Hassle for you! You also won't be left with a mountain of packaging as this will all be removed when we check over your furniture in our warehouse, each piece is then blanket wrapped for transit in our own vans - ensuring it leaves and arrives in perfect condition.
UK MAINLAND
Delivery Outside East Anglia - FAST & FREE Courier/Pallet Delivery
If you live further away from us, we can still offer our products AND a Free Delivery Service on all orders over £250!
We can deliver to any UK Mainland address (excludes Scottish Highlands) using a trusted
National Courier Company. This is a more basic, one man service, which allows us to offer our
products beyond the limits of our own delivery teams. We will still check your item over in our warehouse
making sure they are perfect to leave, then we rewrap it in its original packaging, adding any extra packaging
if we feel necessary, ready for transit by courier.
Heavier items are delivered on a pallet and smaller items, like bedsides, are delivered by parcel courier.
These are both basic 'one man' deliveries to the nearest accessible place to your front door. This means
you will be required to bring the item into your home. We recommend you get help to safely lift all items into
your home as some of our products are extremely heavy.
This is a basic delivery service, but provides a cost effective and fast way of more distant customers taking
advantage of our products and pricing. We are able to give a delivery day only with this service.
Unfortunately we can't dictate a time of delivery to the couriers or get them to phone you when on their way,
please appreciate they deliver their days deliveries in the most efficient order for them. When using this
service you will be required to be present at the address on the day of delivery until the item is received and signed for.
