Q. What Is Premium Delivery?

A. We think our premium delivery is underrated!
For only £15, customers in East Anglia can benefit from...

• 2 Man Premium Delivery
• Phone call one hour before estimated arrival
• All packaging removed & recycled
• Installation & assembly in your room choice

As much thought, planning and care goes into the delivery of your purchases as we put into selecting products from our trusted sources. Only when your goods are delivered, assembled & installed to your total satisfaction, is the transaction considered complete.
Our sales staff will communicate with you throughout the entire process via phone or email to ensure a smooth transition.

Q. Where Do You Deliver To?

We deliver to the UK mainland.
But get in touch as we're always determined to help.
Smaller items will be delivered to your door (boxed) by a one man delivery service & larger items will be delivered to the room of
your choice (boxed) by a 2 man delivery service.

Q. Are You Still Delivering Inside?

Yes - We are still delivering inside.

Please may we ask, ff you or any members of your household are:
• Displaying symptoms of Covid19
• Self isolating or are feeling unwell
Please can you get in touch to re-arrange your delivery

  • Safe for you & for us
    • Our drivers will be wearing ppe equipment for your safety, including face masks, we ask if you would please do the same
    • Before & during delivery please safely ensure windows & doors are left open for ventilation
    • Ensure social distancing is maintained at all times. If we are assembling in your home, please let our team do this with social distancing in place

  • If you’re not comfortable we totally understand, we can leave an item in a desired location within your home & we also offer a boxed delivery to your doorstep. Get in touch at norwich@betterfurniture.co.uk for any special requests.

  • A. Yes, a few things - So please may we ask politely...

Q. Can I Order Fabric Samples?

A. On certain sofas we do have free fabric samples we can post to you or you can collect them from our Norwich store.
We also have some cabinet samples so please look out for the 'Order Free Fabrics'/'Order Free Samples' button on selected collections.

Q. Can I Have Some More Info On A Product?

A. Of course! Let us know what information you require & we can send more photos, dimensions & shelf heights etc.

Q. What Does Instock Mean On A Product?

A. If you order a product displaying the 'linstock badge' online, you should receive it within 10-15 working days.
